Job Description
Our team at Fidere Clinic is growing, and we’re currently looking to hire a young, dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our professional team. If you thrive in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment and are passionate about organisation and coordination, we’d love to hear from you.
The Administrative Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily administrative operations, including appointment scheduling and patient records management.

Liaise with medical staff, suppliers, and external partners to ensure seamless clinic functionality.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries in a professional manner.

Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Maintain the clinic’s inventory, including office and medical supplies.

Uphold the clinic’s professional and upmarket brand in all administrative interactions.
Requirements

Education and Certification:
-
A high school diploma or equivalent.
-
Relevant diploma or certificate would be beneficial.

Skills and Abilities:
-
Proven experience in an administrative or office coordination role.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
-
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French or Creole is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software.

Must have own reliable vehicle and reside in Black River or nearby areas.
